Welcome to Bayan Stay. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our hotel booking platform and services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Overview
Bayan Stay is a hotel booking platform that provides users access to over 19,000 hotels globally.
All bookings are made directly on the Bayan Stay platform, and the reservation details are then sent to the respective hotel for processing.
The platform acts as an intermediary between the user and the hotel but does not own or operate any listed property.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Once a booking is completed on Bayan Stay, your reservation details are automatically shared with the hotel.
- A confirmation email and/or SMS will be sent to the contact details provided at the time of booking.
- Users must ensure that their contact number and email address are accurate to receive confirmation and updates about their booking.
3. Payment Terms
- All prices shown on the platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of taxes and fees.
- Currently, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- We are also introducing a “Stay Now, Pay Later” option soon, allowing guests to split the total cost into convenient monthly installments.
4. User Responsibilities
By using Bayan Stay, users agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information, including a valid phone number and email address.
- Follow the check-in/check-out times and policies stated by the hotel.
- Respect hotel rules and local regulations during their stay.
5. Hotel Responsibilities
Each hotel listed on Bayan Stay is responsible for:
- The accuracy of their listing, including room types, availability, images, and pricing.
- Honoring confirmed bookings as received via Bayan Stay.
- Providing a smooth and professional check-in experience.
6. Modification & Termination
- Bayan Stay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services without prior notice.
- Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Bayan Stay is not responsible for any issues during the hotel stay, including quality of service, overbooking, or actions by the hotel.
- Users agree that Bayan Stay’s role is as a facilitator of bookings, and it is not liable for personal losses, damages, or disputes arising from the stay.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, and materials on Bayan Stay are the property of Bayan Stay and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
