Cancellation & Refund Policy – Bayan Stay

 

At Bayan Stay, we aim to provide a seamless hotel booking experience. However, please note that all hotels listed on our platform are not eligible for cancellation or refund by default. Once a booking is confirmed, it is immediately forwarded to the hotel for processing and is considered final.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings made through Bayan Stay are non-refundable by default.
     
  • In the case of emergencies or unexpected events, we can assist by reaching out to the hotel on your behalf to request a cancellation. However, approval is solely at the discretion of the hotel’s reservation department and not guaranteed.
     
  • If the hotel agrees to cancel the booking, Bayan Stay will charge a 12% cancellation fee from the total booking amount. Additionally, some hotels may deduct the cost of one night’s stay or apply their own cancellation fees according to their policies.

 

Refund Process (If Cancellation is Approved)

  • Once the hotel approves the cancellation, we will initiate the refund process.
     
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used.
    The final refund amount will be the total paid minus Bayan Stay’s 12% cancellation fee and any hotel-imposed charges.
